2/ TRACK YOUR PARCEL


You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order to confirm it. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from La Poste for standard shipping or from DHL for express shipping to track your package.

If you have chosen the standard delivery by La Poste in France, and if your parcel suffers delivery delays, marked "delivered" but you still have not received it, or blocked on a distribution platform, we cannot be held responsible. Contact La Poste " 3631.

3/ RETURN


Exchanges and returns are accepted until 7 days after item is received. Customers must contact hello@juliettelaloe.com for a return authorization number prior to return. 

3.1 Return conditions
Items must be send back unworn and in its original packaging .  The packaging must be clean .

We don't take in charge the shipping return cost. 


3.2 Limits 

-Sale or custom order are non returnable or eligible for exchange. 

-Rings and bracelets made to order are your size are non returnable or eligible for exchange.

-The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item.

-We are not responsible for problems occurred after wearing your items without taking care of them.
