These conditions of sale are valid for every natural person who buys or makes a transaction on the website www.juliettelaloe.com.
It concerns every step of the order and follow-up of the service. The parties agree to exclusively use the present contract to govern their relations. The service is addressed to natural and non-professional persons,

Each order involves the acknowledgements and approval of general conditions of sale. General conditions of sale applied are the ones valid on the date of the order.

3/ PRICE

The price is indicated in euros (€) and include all taxes. The price is non-negotiable, delivery costs are not included, They are indicated when an article is added to the basket, before validation.

4/ SECURE PAYMENT

The payment is done through PAYPAL and Stripe to guarantee a secured transaction. PAYPAL and Stripe encode the documented personal datas. The payment is made as a single sum. Confidential datas Les informations confidentielles do not go through the website server, they are directly transmitted.

5/ ORDERING PROCESS

To validate a purchase, it is necessary to visit a product page and to validate this choice by adding it to the basket. You will be redirected to a page which sums up the items in your cart then a page to fill your billing and personal information.  You will finally land to a page with delivery options and a payment page to finalize the purchase.

 

The definitive registration of the order is effective after the validation of your order's payment through PAYPAL or Stripe. You will land to a page which sums up the items of your order. A recapitulative email of the order is sent to the provided email address.

8/ APPLICABLE LAW

Should any regulation of this agreement be or become ineffective or impracticable either due to a change in legislation, change in the rules or established by a judicial decision, the other general conditions of sale will still be valid, applicable and subject to French law.

9/ COMPETENT JURIDICTION

In the event that a dispute should arise from this contractual relationship, the parties agree before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. In the event of litigation, the French courts will be only qualified.
